Aa haa !!! life is so wonderful-beautiful and enjoyable for me and could be so for every one if they are sincere to have it-
on the surface almost all of the people will say off course they want it but very few has deep sincerity to achieve it ,as they are so much occupied in fulfilling their temporary need one after another without realising or questioning one's self about the very existence of their being which is so pure and always oozing that infinite energy if not covered by the shallow thoughts of mind which has its limited use to safe guard the physical body and some temporary physical needs that needs to be fulfilled.
The reason very few people become sincere about this everlasting joy is that they have not come across some one real who is so joyous all the time and even if they are around or near them ,they are unable to notice them because they are so much occupied solving their daily problems and for the same reason when some one is enlightened -in the beginning he does not want to awake any one as he knows that his words are falling on deaf ears but as the time passes he realises that there are some half awake people who could be awakened if they are kept together with the enlightened masters(sat sang), and the irony is that those sleepy people are unable to find those masters which is natural,so the best thing to do is trust your heart while following some one and leave all the logic and rationality of the mind behind you,like the ashes of the past and be very receptive to the blessings of the nature showering on you through the masters who are purer medium for that.
To get this blessings and the taste of nectar ,no material possession or great recognition in the society will ever help you as all the outer achievements are temporary and dependent on all the outer agents which keeps on changing all the time and so the achievements relying on them falls apart so easily and quickly.
The inner peace and joy i am talking about is beyond the reach of the intellect so do not try to envision through your mind as it is radically different and can be felt only through heart .

after a big break i am glad to resume writing-it is beautiful weather out there today after rain and dark in last couple of days-so i will have a fresh air walking through trees and green lawns which becomes meditative if your mind does not wander some where else other than here and now.our mind is so much conditioned with the thinking pattern that we almost forget to go beyond that thinking process and try to feel that sweet present moment and the surprises it offers every minute of our life ,given a little chance to the present moment without the interfearence of the mind we could feel all the blessings being showered on us every time -ofcourse we have to be fully alert while witnessing every thing with in and with out including thoughts arising and passing on its own.

Mind an extra ordinary thing existing in human physical body ,capable of creating any thing and all the things on this earth that it can possibly think-be it good or bed.let us try to explore little more than usual thinking from the surface..
generally we use mind to do our daily activities necessary for life to continue with least hardship and to do that mind's cultivation and conditioning plays major role in carring out those activities ,than there is another level of mind which tries to go deeper in to things which fascinates it or impresses it ,either to get aquainted with those things ,be it alive or non alive and in most cases to posses it ultimately thinking that now it can have all the excitement/happiness from it as and when needed and for that possesion ,it starts working towards that goal for achievement in which it may or may not succeed .if it succeed very soon it realises that it is not that great the way it thought while begening the journey for the same and gradually looses interest in what ever is achieved and finds something else that seems to be more promising than the previous achievement and the same story repeats more or less each time and if it does not succeed it feels bed and the life becomes miserable.so either way mind is restless and spends all the energy towards some future achievements in the hope that it will solve all the problems of life and joyful life will begin to continue for ever without realising that the very process of using the present moments for the future achievements which is projected from the past is nothing but the ashes left over from the live burning of present moments of that period which is time and any thing originating from the left over ashes can never have that freshness and purity which is a real life.so the ultimate result is never satisfactory to become quite and cool to enjoy the life as is with all its beauty and vastness thus that vicious circle keeps on going until one breaks out of it towards the radical journey which is beyond time and rhymes with life in every moments.

last couple of days i could not write on this blog but i did write a comment/appreciation to Amitabh bacchan(an Indian actor)-whose dedication to honor his promise to write his blog everyday is unparalleled and i have not read/heard of any one so dedicated to write for his extended family -which he created through his blog,which is not a matter of few days but its already close to eleven hundred days without interruption and still going strong everyday ,in spite of his busy schedule and traveling all over the world-so he is the living proof of utilizing every hour he has towards creativity and productivity in the utmost positive way and thus some one becomes legendary ,lot to be learn t from him and a great source of inspiration. Hats off to him.
Visual media -be it a small screen or big screen, the kind of recognition it gives to the individual facing camera is humongous from every aspect of life weather its fame or fortune or affection of the people and now a days its not that difficult to get into that field due to explosive growth of all the visual media like TV-Theaters and now icing on that sweet cake is inter nett.some thing to think about for career beginners as well as semi retired people who are not so much occupied in daily routine like middle aged ones.
Other big/spiritual advantage could be an awareness that one has to maintain while facing the camera and when this is done for prolonged time it will eventually create a 'better person' with that outer better personality prepared to face any camera ,also there is no room for thought to wander around but to be in the 'present' only as long as you are in front of camera and the essence of spirituality is nothing but to be in the 'present'.

sex:the most avoided topic by most of the religious teachers-be it in eastern part of the world or western part due to the firm belief of many ignorant people that sex is sin and should be avoided or suppressed to achieve an enlightenment,this is the most harming and unfortunate phenomenon that has occurred to human kind because of the misrepresentation of the real facts by so called religious teachers who has acquired knowledge from the books -but no first hand experience or an y deeper understanding of life it self ,but i always know that for any misunderstanding or suffering we go through -we are the sole responsible for the same and to blame some one else- be it a person or society or circumstances other than our self is cheap escapism which any dignified individual would not opt for ,so let us try to go deep and understand sex with open and alert mind leaving all the assumptions about it to the side and ponder over our own first hand experience of it as an adult,matured person.
All most all the live beings are attracted and ultimately gets indulged in to the sexual activity at the certain stage of their life and the age/ time for which varies a lot due to many reasons known and unknown and once experienced it ,a deep craving to repeat it again and again seems almost unavoidable and the obvious reason every one knows is -it is an extraordinary experience of Ecstasy that creates craving for the same but going deep into our mind to know more about it we would soon realised that even though its an extra ordinary experience of life ,it can not be fulfilled satisfactorily without a partner which creates a dependency on some one else than our own self for that pleasure and any kind of dependence on any one other than your self is bound to limit the life and its exploration for infinite -independent joy which is the ultimate purpose and the goal of the every life.
For the joy and freedom of the life ,it is necessary to be independent of any outer agent and avoid all the miseries resulting from that dependence , many in the past and in the present ,very deep thinkers and wise people with real wisdom found out that same ecstatic experience is possible without any dependency of an outer agent which creates the 'hell'-(as a well known philosopher said the other is 'hell') and as the result of that finding, they reached or UN covered the state of mind which could remain in ecstatic form all the time on its own without any outer agent and that phenomenon is termed as an enlightenment among the truth seekers.
It is very important to understand that other is not always the hell but the 'otherness' is for sure ,this otherness completely dissolves when two people are in deep love with each other which state of being could help tremendously to experience that freedom/enlightenment for both the individuals involved in the phenomenon -and the whole science of enlightenment with the help of opposite sex partner is known as 'tantra vigyan'(science),this method to be enlightened is rare and avoided by most of the religions due to lot more chances of failure due to the habit of conditioned mind to rush to experience that extra ordinary Ecstasy sooner even though for the fraction of the period rather than complete awakened state which lasts for ever and to be aware and awake during those moments is possible only if the seeker has very deep thirst to know the truth of the life in its entirety and has courage to let go that temporary pleasure for something which is permanent and eternal .
Now please understand very well that 'tantra' way is not for every one and it is one of the many different methods for enlightenment and there are other methods apart from 'tantra' which are much lesser riskier to fall from because those other methods do not have that powerful natural force attached to it ,the way it is in 'tantra' method.
let me be very clarified that no method is a set guaranteed method for enlightenment -be it 'tantra' or other traditional method,it will be safe to say when you jump beyond all the methods completely to the unknown with all the courage you have ,than and only than you will reach there and once there you will keep laughing like a laughing 'Budhha' who found that mystery was no mystery at all to work so hard to solve it or to be enlightened.
understanding above facts the immediate question which arise from a shallow mind for how to achieve an enlightenment? will realise and take trouble to go deep within ones self and try to find out on its own,of course an enlightened one would be the great source of inspiration and guidance .
let us dissolve that otherness with others from our life and live harmoniously with every one to make the life enjoyable and peaceful to unfold the ultimate mystery.

yesterday when my wife asked my daughter why she does not want to be a doctor as she has to choose her career starting this fall semester and she has the merit and qualified to do so and her answer was a real surprising and revealing the fact about which i never thought-her answer was 1-she does not like to see the blood which is understandable for me knowing her sensitivity to every thing .2-every doctor kills at least one person while learning/practising as a doctor due to mistake he/she make and that is not acceptable to her thinking that why an innocent person has to die because of some one to whom they trust for their body. and this 2nd. reason was surprising to me a lot specially when hear ed from some one near and dear to me who is only 18years old.
Talking about death ,i have been thinking about it lately from the different perspective altogether and the concluded knowledge i got from that pondering is very relaxing and freeing from one of the biggest fear of human life which is the death of one's own life or his/her beloveds life.conclusion #1-death is equally important and necessary as much as the birth of any life for couple of obvious reasons-like when some one gets old he looses all the strength and energy to protect him self from any unwanted thing happening to him and start suffering due to deterioration of the body which becomes fragile and non responsive to any rejuvenating efforts thus only suffering for one's own self and big burden on one's beloved -so nothing is more necessary and important to be occurred is the death which would relieve one's self from all the sufferings and also one's beloved from unnecessary burden,this might sound like a logical explanation generated by mind while the heart still fears of death imagining loss of beloveds and all other things with that due to lack of complete openness to every one and everything in the world which eliminates the difference between me , mine and others and another reason also is that the very last moments are peaceful most of the time with may be some physical pain before it but never at the end and the body becomes non responsive to all the happenings of outer world including any suffering ,so why worry or fear? as you do not know anything and you do not feel anything , then where is the loss that your heart fears about?
conclusion#2-just like our everyday sleep, when we become kind of non responsive to many things to which we would response during our wake up state and when we get up in the morning we feel fresh and energetic to start a new day with all the enthusiasm and vigor ,in the same manner we may also start a completely brand new life in brand new home with brand new people after we become total non responsive to the outer world on our death ,like it is mentioned in many sacred books of the world
or
we may be enjoying a long deep sleep the way we enjoy a long sleep after a hectic, long and suffering previous day!!
As all the signs of everyday sleep are very similar to the death we see. there is nothing to be afraid of what is known as the death but to see it as a necessary and as important as the daily sleep we need to enjoy our life at its full.
i have read that the highest punishment given to the criminals is to deprive them of sleep and that sounds true as we all know what suffering we go through when we do not get enough sleep due to various circumstances in our life,so at some stage of our life we do need a solid long sleep means death ,rather than suffering life which is worst than peaceful death.
so enjoy the death just like birth and free you self from all the fear in life.

since i have bought the resort at mount Pocono- i have been thinking to conduct meditation/discourses sessions for 3 days/ nights ,every month but for one or other reason it never happened ,but i have decided to start it from may-20 to 22-2011 with minimum charges for lodging+boarding for attendees to cover the cost.
yesterday i talked to the young fellow from India and was impressed about his passion to make the film and his research and preparations for the same-now for the person like this one does not have to use much brain or be an astrologer to predict his bright future in the field of film making which will give him all the fame and fortune every body dreams about.
so to have this type of passion the upbringing of a child by loving and understanding parents are very important as well as the teachers at the school and colleges also play a major role in developing child's curiosity in to an action with deeper understanding of life and love to excel in what ever they wish to do.
Love for anything can not be taught academically but an atmosphere or the fertile ground can be created by parents and teachers which will enable child to feel the love and that first hand experience of it would do the major trick in transforming child's energy in to a creative phenomenon.
If we can refrain from imposing our ideas and beliefs on our child and let them grow on their own while providing them with the basic needs until they can get it on their own with utmost care not to hurt their feelings or growth which may not seem to be right some times due to our conditioned mind and the way we were brought up or taught in our time which becomes obsolete after a period,so not to hold on to that and be equally eager and curious with them for the new things happening in the new world which will strengthen the bond of love further and create a harmony between both.
Be it our child or other's ,let us do that.

Discipline:most of the people are unable to have the kind of discipline and the amount of degree of sincerity needed to accomplish what is needed for peaceful-enjoyable life-and the most important reason for that is insensitivity towards day to day life where most of the time is consumed or rather wasted in doing routine stuff without being sensitive to the situation of life due to lack of interest and love for the work that is being carried on for money/daily needs to survive and the vicious circle of endless struggle sucks you in leaving no room/space to think and act for better life in most of the cases,so the root cause is lack of love in its totality(with all the different ways of its expressions) for the life it self due to ignorance of the tremendous potential and opportunities life has in store for us to explore and enjoy its benefits- if done it in right manner-many times this love for life surfaces from the bottom of our heart due to outside attraction for some one which we term as love in usual life or an inspiration from a person living a quality life with peace and joy (who is given the title 'guru').these outside catalysts including 'guru' ultimately starts fading as you progress towards better and deeper life through discourses-meditation and constant vigilant mind who is fully awake in out side world when the eyes are open during day time and during meditation while the eyes are closed to the outer world for the same.

Discipline:most of the people are unable to have the kind of discipline and the amount of degree of sincerity needed to accomplish what is needed for peaceful-enjoyable life-and the most important reason for that is insensitivity towards day to day life where most of the time is consumed or rather wasted in doing routine stuff without being sensitive to the situation of life due to lack of interest and love for the work that is being carried on for money/daily needs to survive and the vicious circle of endless struggle sucks you in leaving no room/space to think and act for better life in most of the cases,so the root cause is lack of love in its totality(with all the different ways of its expressions) for the life it self due to ignorance of the tremendous potential and opportunities life has in store for us to explore and enjoy its benefits- if done it in right manner-many times this love for life surfaces from the bottom of our heart due to outside attraction for some one which we term as love in usual life or an inspiration from a person living a quality life with peace and joy (who is given the title 'guru').these outside catalysts including 'guru' ultimately starts fading as you progress towards better and deeper life through discourses-meditation and constant vigilant mind who is fully awake in out side world when the eyes are open during day time and during meditation while the eyes are closed to the outer world for the same.

last week i was exploring about the patent registration because my son and few other young fellows from india suggested to me that i should patent my idea to avoid its abuse by some lazy and greedy people who may not want to go deep within them selves to find the treasure they have in them but desire to have that wealth any way without working for it. so while discussing about the same with my son i realised what a great foundation of a trust worthy government america has and its respect for the intellactual rights for a person of the origenation for his ideas and inventions,not only moraly but also commercially and as i have mentioned earlier in the blog about business and its importance in every persons life not only for daily needs of the physical outer body but for the enhancement of the inner spiritual body also and i am writing this from my own experience and experiments to live without money in my life at the begening of my spiritual journey way back before almost 30+ years which some of my old friends still reminds me about it. and that sounds contrary to the general belief and a myth about money is a non spiritual thing and deters the seeker of the truth from its path but our own first hand experience does not need any validity no matter how great or ancient and glorified that myth is.
coming back to the intelectual rights-the way it is protected in america (with its flows-which is in every system) i feel great at being its citizen and i am sure that most of the country do realise the importance and benefit of this rights for the individuals for their progress in all aspects of life which ultimately constitutes the great society and the great nation to live in for the peaceful and proceperous life.so hats off to america for that inspiration to the world about it and implementation of it sincerely at home to set an example for others to follow...
hope that some of the readers of this blog get inspiration from this and get some patent for them selves which will thrill me and my efforts to write will continue with extra energy with that news from the creator.

since early morning until now watched world cup final of one day cricket and what a thrill as india seemed to be in big trouble at the begening by loosing important wickets but fought back and got back in the game with cool efforts of captain and his team mate which ultimately lead them to the fine victory after lot of ups and downs.,thus became the world champion after many years.
while watching i observed that the captain m.s.dhoni was ailing and suffering by body pain but looking at the situation he decided to continue playing ignoring all that body pain and focused completely on the game where nothing existed between him and the game including his status ,fame,fortune or his own body pain and when one reaches to this kind of state of mind or to say better in such a state of no mind where only full awareness of consciousness and flow of pure energy flows uncontaminated ,it is bound to create all kinds of miracles and results which may not be easy to achieve ordinarilly .i also observed that during those hours he became very much a child like,innocent and unaware of outer world and its atticate or formalities the way an innocent child is immersed fully with his toy and enjoying every moment he is passing with it and that makes any kind of sport or art -the most important thing that could happen to any human being in their life at any age of life.
so the most important thing in life is to keep not only in touch of any sport or art performance but to indulged in it fully as and when we get the opportunity ,be it as a participent or an audiance.
in short be a sport or artist as much as you can and as many times as you can which is the highest flowering of ones life and the root cause for the famous people to be that much famous .

as an effort to add some creativity in daily life,i ran an ad.for creative people and recd. one good responce on 1st.day,which is very satisfying and whelming with excitement ,thanks to my son who placed this ad. for me in Craig list which i did not expect to be put on there and of course to sujay who responded so quickly to the ad.and what a coincidence that the story line has a spiritual flavor as one of the main ingredients,so that universal energy is much less contaminated flowing through me compare to others who complains about not receiving what they want!
this incident should trigger some more interest in inner self awareness to the reader of this blog which will also serve the purpose of writing this blog and will supply me with the energy i need to continue writing.
by the way ,readers might be curious to know about the ad. that i ran,so i will post it here....
owners of the natural film studio spread over one hundred acres at mount pocono-PA-U.S.A. invite writers/directors to shoot the entire feature film in hindi/english in America for their production house on regular basis- as per following guide lines....

right from the opening our eyes in the morning until we close our eyes at night -we generate and discipate three types of energy -physical energy through the food that we take in and the physical activity we do -mental energy is very complex to understand and has many known and unknown factors which affects its generation as well as disipation -but generally some of mental energy is produced from the food we take in and the sleep we get! and the third one is spiritual energy which is mainly flowed to our mind from the oasis of universal energy is through deep sleep and meditation . if we sumup for an average human being ,in their entire life the energy which is created is mainly utilised to make the ends meet for everyday needs and passes away without any of their mark on the earth as they never go deep within their inner self to understand the inflow and outflow of that universal energy.
to reach to the deeper level of energy and get its tremendous benefit ,one can start from the surface which is physical and mental energy and be aware of its incoming and outgoing,thus regulating its use in the right direction-instead of wasting it rendomly on temporary impulses through the conditioned mind,(almost unconsciously) and once you have the handle on the use of physical energy,you are most likely to be encouraged to go further on a deeper level of it,from where that eternal flow of energy emerges to make the outer life affluant ,enjoyable and peaceful .
so,let us try to be aware of incoming and outgoing energy at least for a day and meet tomorrow again.

yesterday i watched 'zee rishtey awards'-very appropriate title as it was specifically for all the soaps on that channel and as we all know most of the soaps are about the relationship of one character to another character and all the highs and lows they go through during the journey of story displayed on the screen.lot of those incidents are inspired from real life but glorified or exaggerated to draw the attention of the audience and fulfill their fantasy which is out of their reach in real day to day life,thus giving them some relief from everyday monotonous routine and in few cases it also inspires the watcher to achieve better life that is projected on the screen effectively and if more viewers are affected than more credit to the creator of the show.
Rishtey means relations,and all the lives on this earth,mainly humans, are the cause and the effect of that relationships with one-another,so relationship is the essence of life which can make or break the individual and that is why so much importance is given to the real master whose existence alone makes truly deep relationship with everyone around them which helps all of them to taste the nectar of life again and again and the same thing could happen when one finds true love in another human being beyond selfish motives and the relations of this kind has no boundaries or barriers ever.
writing and reading the blog/comments does create relationship,so help us god to continue this as long as we can.

got up early due to jet leg and thought of hriday ashram,which proves that once you are at ease with your self and your surrounding there can not be anything but a real creativity in all of your actions and thinking-so i am back on track to my peaceful journey of life with most important under current of life 'spirituality'-the flow of universal energy.
yesterday i told my cousin to rent a house for me in india to stay while i am there,but by evening i was little concerned that what will be use of it when i am not there and this morning with that fresh flow of universal energy ,i found the best possible use of it to start H A. and with that thought many things would fall in to the right places.
as this is my 3rd.day in usa since i came from india ,naturally H A. of india takes priority in my mind but i am also aware that i should focus more on H A of usa where i am physically present now,so back to my huge resort and its plan to start and progress towards H A .Right now it is covered with snow,so i will wait until it all clears up to start .
help me god and all of you who read this.

after about 10-15 days i am starting to write again today as i am back to my house in usa from india where it was 90+degrees and here i was greeted with 30 and snow,what a wonderfull world we are living in !
when i left from here for india ,i thought i will be able to continue writing there also everyday but after few days i could not continue due to various reasons and the most important one is lack of well equipped house of my own ,which i will have before i land there next time,so no excuses for writing.
just like writings also my plans to establish a 'hriday ashram' did not progress much as the business consumed lot of my time there and now sitting here in front of computer and thinking of past i am realising that my mind easily gets sucked into business pushing spirituality in the back to become more of extrovert than introvert when i am out of house for more than few days ,may be more agressive efforts are required to adjust to newer outside environment than the 'set comfort' of home ,so two conclusions:one :do not go out of one own house for more than few days unless it is your own 2nd. house. two:be aware and awake to the most important house of my life which is always within me eteranally ,no matter what are the conditions prevailing outside.
for the 1st. day after a break it seems enough to start with.
see you tomorrow.

yesterday as soon as i started writing ,i had to stop due to interuption....
during day time i had a business meeting with lunch, but took only juice instead of lunch to avoid out side food and that caused those broker brothers with whom i had meeting also, to eat very light-which did not bother me much as i felt that it is equally healthy for them also to avoid out side food because keeping their profession of on line brokerage ,i know for sure that they have very limited physical movments during the day while they are at work to digest heavy out side food.
stocks/shares-a really good concept originated by a creative business person,who knows how to make money for him as well as his investors if he/she can have more money to invest in a project than what he has limited personal fund available,but like most of new ideas and inventions are misused by wrong people -this stock market is also largely contaminated by individuals who do not go deep within but only lives on surface and interested in outer pleasure or ego fulfilling which is an endless process.
there are always few good fellows in every country who really think positivly not only for them selves but also for the entire human beings and we should support those kind of people with our whole heart as it is not easy to survive that contaminated waves of dishonesty by few honest persons.
in the evening as i was leaving to spend few days near beach from my cousin's house -his wife took care of my little packing and provided me with some necessary healthy food to eat in case if i can not get it where i was to live by my self and made sure that i drink fresh squizzed carrot juice before i leave her house!! what a kind and touching gesture of her- i will always owe her.
fortunately i have been always taken good care of with love and affection by many ladies -(known or unknown) in my life at various stages and situations which i can never forget.

One of the attraction to visit india is the beach here at Mumbai and it becomes very fulfilling and creative if I spend my early morning and evening on the beach.
Following are some of the reasons for that…..
1-much purer air full of oxygen (which rejuvenates the brain cells) ,compare to all other city places ,specially in india where it is so much crowd where everyone lives with scare supply of pure air and so much dirt all around.
2-huge outer open space which resonates with my inner space.
3-all the water at the beach rhymes with my physical body’s main component ‘water’ which soothes all the discomfort of my body.
So, for me beach is ‘the temple’ where not only my soul but physical body as well as mental body also attains ‘nirvana’
Just like a sincere devotee of temple I am always ready and delighted to go to my temple ‘the beach’. ‘river’ /‘gardens/lakes.
Religious people going to the temple everyday ,rarely gets the glimpse or experience of ‘god’ but I always get the glimpses and stronger feeling of ‘god’ at my temples of nature I just mentioned above.
So, be a beach bum and get the ultimate.

since last 3-4 days i had no access to the nett.,but as decided before ,i did not stop writing , so instead of computer i wrote on piece of papers-about 3 days blog,which i will be typing and publish in a day or two-so i have given this blog#23
it feels so good to to be back on computer after 4 days-thanks to my business coligue and friend i am writing this blog from his office where i am given all the comforts of A/C-food-water etc..my this friend has created an empire out of nothing with the help of his four brothers and loyal staff that he has now-very well trained-polite and constantly delivering best of indian hospitality.,my this friend never uses computer but has open a co. which can creat sophisticated programme for any complex work -apart from his main business of construction and develpement of residences and commercial-in last 10-15 years ,they have delivered over 5000-apartments to the really needy people at a very affordable price who could not have lived in this type of modern facilitated house othewise and we all know the value of comfortable house to live in specially for kids to grow which helps them to become much better humans when brought up in nice and clean house ,even if it is smaller and little further from the city.
this is one of the best example of how an innovative business person can make the difference in world by his vision and enterpronership ,which many times are criticised by so called social/religeous worker who only looks at the money these business people make and ignoring the service they provide to the society in return of that money-any way i know for sure that no body gets any thing more or less than what they deserve and entiteled-so all the money and luxury attached to it is showered up on them(enterproners) by the 'supreme' in recignition of their- work-which is nothing but an expression of that pure energy in an outer wotld to provide a better shelter for lesser fortunate people.
another best part of this enterpronership is that it does not only help poor but it also helps to the richies as well to grow further and be more innovative to serve humans for better life.
God-the universal energy -expresses it self through different-different mediums and in various different ways and business is one of those ways-so i feel sorry for the ignorant people who are taught to believe that money and business are evils and because of that belief they console their selves for not progressing to get the best which life has to offer .
so be an enterproner and express your pure inner to the outer to enjoy this precious life given by god with happiness and peace.

it feels so good to to be back on computer after 4 days-thanks to my business coligue and friend i am writing this blog from his office where i am given all the comforts of A/C-food-water etc..my this friend has created an empire out of nothing with the help of his four brothers and loyal staff that he has now-very well trained-polite and constantly delivering best of indian hospitality.,my this friend never uses computer but has open a co. which can creat sophisticated programme for any complex work -apart from his main business of construction and develpement of residences and commercial-in last 10-15 years ,they have delivered over 5000-apartments to the really needy people at a very affordable price who could not have lived in this type of modern facilitated house othewise and we all know the value of comfortable house to live in specially for kids to grow which helps them to become much better humans when brought up in nice and clean house ,even if it is smaller and little further from the city.
this is one of the best example of how an innovative business person can make the difference in world by his vision and enterpronership ,which many times are criticised by so called social/religeous worker who only looks at the money these business people make and ignoring the service they provide to the society in return of that money-any way i know for sure that no body gets any thing more or less than what they deserve and entiteled-so all the money and luxury attached to it is showered up on them(enterproners) by the 'supreme' in recignition of their- work-which is nothing but an expression of that pure energy in an outer wotld to provide a better shelter for lesser fortunate people.
another best part of this enterpronership is that it does not only help poor but it also helps to the richies as well to grow further and be more innovative to serve humans for better life.
God-the universal energy -expresses it self through different-different mediums and in various different ways and business is one of those ways-so i feel sorry for the ignorant people who are taught to believe that money and business are evils and because of that belief they console their selves for not progressing to get the best which life has to offer .
so be an enterproner and express your pure inner to the outer to enjoy this precious life given by god with happiness and peace.

mumbai-10am.
landed in mumbai-india from usa-day before yesterday at night time in india with 85-90 degrees from 30's in usa-a real sweat for me,but worth the trip when you are recd.by cousins at air port and expected to meet old friends after long time ,while my stay in india for about 4-weaks.
I am fortunate to have the best of both the worlds(east and west) ,and enjoy all the differences prevailing in both countries which appears to be quite contrasting when looked on the surface but deep within all the human being it is all the same physical-mental and spiritual conditions ,more or less-which can always be enhanced further and further to enjoy this drama of life and death -sorrow and joy-ups and down-hot and cold etc...without getting affected by it while passing through the different stages of life keeping the inner in touch and witnessing the entire process -the way we witness show or the game played before us.*****
I was seen off at airport in usa by wife,son and daughter-all my beloveds- who will be physically apart by about 10,000 miles from me for a month while closer to other beloveds like extended families of relatives and friends in india -some way of life's journey!!!
It took me about 36 hours to adjust my self to this day and night difference+from cold to hot wether+different house to stay etc....but now back to normal and started writing this blog to bring my inside in to the outer world for like minded friends and families who are equally eager to explore the truth of life like me.
on this land of my first blissful experience of inner serenity i am hoping to share and spread that happiness and fulfillment to all the people whom i will meet during my stay here in india and may find few really sincere out of them to join me in this journey to spread the joy and beauty of life with dance - play-peace and song *****

yesterday i stayed at home the whole day(which is not unusual for me ) and with little movement of body + previous days heavy food eaten at our resort caused little stomach up set(which is also not unusual for me) and i am sure that many of us suffer due to eating unhealthy food,specially at the parties and staying up late ,depriving of right sleep and yet we keep doing it,until you are full with in and do not need any outer excitement (to fill up that void) which is always temporary and results in suffering -physically-mentally and financially and to cover that loss we work so much that lot of time is consumed of our life and again that party ... so that vicious circle and 'that is name of the game for most the people'.
True relationship-friendship-love are the tools to break that vicious circle and enjoy the life peacefully without interruption or any co-lateral damage.
When i started writing this blog,i had decided not mention any one until i complete 15 days of writings without break and i did it with pleasure ,so on 17 th. day i told my family about it and couple of other people-preparing my self for any kind of comments,i may get.
first suggestion ,i received from my son to write about 'expectations' of all kinds from family,friends-romance etc...and its my pleasure to explore and understand it deeply on all levels starting from surface to the bottom of it.
expectations on the surface are like what happens in daily life for eg.we go to buy some food or some kind of service in exchange for the money paid for it and expect the right thing in return -be it food-service or something else which generally we get as per our expectation but some time it is beyond our expectation which could be good or bed and that either delights us or anger us ,unless we keep patience and try to know the reason behind it ,specially when we are angry.
now expectations which are deeper and long lasting like in friendship -family-or romantic-
all of above expectations are the product of time as we expect the others to meet our expectations at time to time in coming future and that time(psychological) is the product of our mind which is nothing but an accumulation of past memories(good or bed) while in real life every thing is always new and different which has nothing to do with the past-be it a relation-friendship or romance ,so those expectations which are based on some assumptions of the past will never get fulfilled as per the expectation and so will be created misery and bed taste in all type of relationships which cuts that very important cord connected to all the beloveds- friends-family-lover etc...
also when you have any expectation from any one -you have known them over a period means past and flow of life changes everyone more or less as per their receptivity of life which you may not be able to recognise unless you are extremely sensitive to those relations and change with the time which is not easy as you are so involved in your own life to observe those changes in others while holding on to old expectations which will create conflict in you and so the doubt which is not happy situation for any one .*****

yesterday we had some 60 young fellows from an organisation called 'young jains association' who comes every year around the same time of the year conducting jain seminar and snow tubing +ice skating for fun-taking advantage of the cold and snow of the season-a good example of making use of adverse and harsh weather (which no one likes it) to have more fun ,get together with buddies ,spending a quality time with each other-laughing-joking-playing-dancing etc.. and for any reason some one gets in trouble physically or other wise -every one would rush to help the buddy-what a beauty world they create for those couple of days when they are together and being around them you also feel that vibrant energy oozing out of them and that makes you smile.
Friendship -what a beautiful thing that happens to us in our life,without which life is lifeless -is it not?-but as we grow older we start loosing that very important ingredient of life in midst of making money and trying to pursue our personal pleasures ,forgetting the the source of happiness flowing from friends and many valuable quality arise in us due to that relationship ,without which an emptiness is created with in us and we try to fill it up with money-success-and other things in outer world which is of no avail and we become lonely and lifeless with all the illusary tools that seemed to give happiness of life*****

Two adventurers John and Jack were hunting for gold in the desert. After roaming all day long under the hot sun, they set up their tent and fell asleep. Some hours later, John woke up his friend.
"Jack, look up at the sky and tell me what you see."
Jack looked up and replied, "I can see millions of stars."
"What does that tell you?" asked John.
Jack thought for a minute and said.
"Astronomically speaking, it tells me that there are millions of galaxies and potentially billions of planets. Astrologically, it tells me that Saturn is in Leo. Time wise, it appears to be approximately a quarter past three. Theologically, it's evident the Lord is all powerful and we are small and insignificant. Meteorologically, it seems we will have a beautiful day tomorrow. What does it tell you?"
After a moment of silence, John spoke.
"It tells two things to me. First is that...you are an idiot."
Jack looked at John, surprised. "Why do you say so?" he said.
"Because it has still not occurred to you that someone has stolen our tent." replied John.

see how easily we overlook important thing which is so near to our eyes and wandering in the field of accumulated mental knowledge while missing out on reality which can be bluntly told on your face by a friend only.
so have a friend always to see the things the way they are in 'reality' in case you are moon struk by something and about to loose your self *****

9am-mount pocono
yesterday we came to mount pocono where we have our own resort -really beautiful place ,just two hours from my house in New jersey spread - over 103 acres of land with 70 nicely decorated rooms and suits with fire place and jacuzzi which made me fall in love-like love at first site for this place and i ended up buying with the idea of celebrating the life with many more people than just my family and try to search for the truth-god-universal energy (i call many times).
many times in real world things do not happen as we think and i am no different in that category,so i have my portion of financial suffering due to this 'mega project' i under took without enough help from any body except my family ,but at the same token there is some unknown factor which has enable me to stick to this project for five years completed now and hopefully more to come ending this little outer suffering which does not affect me as much as it does to my family-but their suffering is also mine and i am the cause for the same so i am working constantly to solve this puzzle (like playing the game )with best of my ability with 'ease' as of this moment while writing this blog without losing connection to my inner -and all kind of joy and beauty of life i have .
so do not worry if you have financial problem ,take it as a game we used to play in school and hum that song 'don't worry, be happy 'if you have not paid the rent 'etc...

yesterday it was beautiful spring like weather in 70's,which is delightting in the month of february where it is in 30's,usually.
i watched a tv show 'maa(mother) exchange' for few minutes,where a mom from one house goes to live in another house and another house's mom comes to live in her house ,and this experiment is to be conducted for only eight days and it is a reality show ,so most of it from the rel life and real people. to my surprise and little shock i saw people ,participating in it were arguing ,almost like fighting and crying ,(to vent out the emotion which they can not hold inside due to bedly hurt feelings) even though they know it very well that it is only for 8-days *****may be they forget or with the conditioning of mind ,gets in to those fighting mode immediately and start suffering instead of enjoying new house,new atmoshphere, new people!! no wonder Buddha calls life a misery.,for most people.
most of the people will agree that if some event is for eight days only than they would not fight but behave nice to each other like we all do during festivals like christmas or new year etc.. but beyond that -'forget it'-right?
why? for a couple of reasons..
1-from childhood we are taught to be competiteve to win all kind of races ,meaning 'fighting' with others to win and get an award which gives some temporary pleasure and recognition by society and our shallow mind records the trick to get pleasure and there goes that shallow mind to gain everything in the world through fighting without realising the pain and depression others(loosers) go through in that process *****so,fighting mind is built from the childhood and it subsides temporarily when exhausted but falls back in to same old pattern of fighting as soon as charged by that universal energy of life which is so generous and impartial that it never interupts its supply to any one in the universe for any reason what so ever.*****
2-we are also trained to live in the 'future 'like becoming something (doctor/engineer etc..) at the cost of the 'present' which is the very essence of life and missing out on that 'present' by focusing on the future creats an emptyness in life and mind tries to fill that void by snatching some of the happiness from others and the fight begins..

so be prepared when you try to win the competetion through fighting to loose the essence of life and love which can never exist where there is a fight.
is the choice clear?

as decided yesterday,i have started writing in the morning instead of night,thus a better chance of not breaking on any day. while writing this i am also thinking that i am lucky or smart enough to choose about my timings to do what ever i want to do at the time time i want to do ,compare to most of the people who have no liberty to choose their timings to do their work ,specially during the day time where they are tied up for work or business, as i mentioned before of tacking also a knapp break at mid day for my self,you might be thinking that i am a retired guy but that's not true completely as i still own the properties so it's management,development ,negotiations and all sorts of work is my ultimate responsibility where my wife and son helps me a lot and other helpers too.,but as we all know 'when there is a will ,there is a way' , and i am a perfect fit for that.
life is all about freedom-isn't it? ,be it physical,mental ,financial or spiritual freedom-without which life is bound to be miserable and fortunately many people have achieved at least some of the above mentioned freedom if not all of them but that is mediocrity***** and human life is to excel for the achievement of the highest form of freedom and not a mediocre success which any animal achieves during their life time,so there is no difference between human and animals-correct?
now ,even if we can remember everyday and gradually every moment this human capacity to be free of all the boundaries which creates so much pain and grief in the life,we will be free in real sense of freedom -,to enjoy the beauty of life , because rememberance never sits quite ***** it's a matter of time and it will explode in action ,which will bring all the transformation needed to break those shacles of chains for you to fly high in the sky of freedom and joy.
is it so hard to remember freedom ?
let us try it at least for the whole day today!!

life is all about freedom-isn't it? ,be it physical,mental ,financial or spiritual freedom-without which life is bound to be miserable and fortunately many people have achieved at least some of the above mentioned freedom if not all of them but that is mediocrity***** and human life is to excel for the achievement of the highest form of freedom and not a mediocre success which any animal achieves during their life time,so there is no difference between human and animals-correct?
now ,even if we can remember everyday and gradually every moment this human capacity to be free of all the boundaries which creates so much pain and grief in the life,we will be free in real sense of freedom -,to enjoy the beauty of life , because rememberance never sits quite ***** it's a matter of time and it will explode in action ,which will bring all the transformation needed to break those shacles of chains for you to fly high in the sky of freedom and joy.
is it so hard to remember freedom ?
let us try it at least for the whole day today!!

got up earlier today due to an appointment for medical test and while finishing morning routine i thought it would be more comforting to write in the morning and keep the promise given to my self about writing this blog every day -instead of writing at night which i am doing since last 3-4 days,so that for any reason if i could not write in the morning ,i have the whole day to finish writing-while at night if i can not write -i will break that promise, so i will start tomorrow and try to continue that way...
now about today
in the morning test i was prepared and helped by a medical assistant 'sherry'-real gentle lady by heart doing her job with pleasure and going out of her way to help little extra than expected by patience -personally i remember before couple of years i went for test and after the 1st. test was over ,she asked me how am i filling ? (the way she asks all her patience ),i just told her that due to overnight fast i am thirsty and hungry and to my surprise she got me some muffins and some thing to drink which was quite unusual because it was just doctor's office ,where food or drinks are bought by individuals for their personal use only,which she gave me and i will never forget that gesture,so i am mentioning it today even after 2 or most likely three years later and that is the nobility of a profession or for any type of work you do as long as you fill the pain and pleasure of your surrounding fellow specially he/she is total stranger and you may never see them again and action like this without any expectations are what makes life so beautiful and enjoyable for every one.*****
in the afternoon i met my lawyer for some business -a complete different world where the base is built on doubts and suspicion for the other party with whom you are getting in to some kind of contract which is generally called 'agreement' but all the clauses and conditions are based on what if both parties 'disagree' later on?*****bigger the lawyer ,bigger the complications are made in the name of protecting the client at a 'price' that client ultimately leaves with 'nothing' to protect,(in case of dispute) while lawyer makes his personal protection wealthier. ya at least some one is protected- if not poor than rich-after all they are our human brothers.
as the world has progressed so much technically ,it has regressed so much in humanity-trust-relationship!!which are the bases of life and laws are discovered to enhance those qualities but evils get their hands first on new discovery than angels.
little disappointing but that is not the end-as end has to be happy and it 'will' always be *****
so,be happy and embrace the ever welcoming smooth bed with comforting comforter to be rejuvinated for tomorrow.

in the morning i under estimated cold and wind and went out without proper clothing and shivered enough to cut short the work and rush back to car for heat,some experience !!and a lesson not to be deceived by bright sun in the winter particularly when its windy.
in our real life also many times what our eyes see or ears hear is not always complete true unless we are really attentive and can go beyond seeing or hearing to grasp the real truth expressed through them.***** except some few unfortunate people, almost every one knows and must have experienced at least once in their life time,when the flow of love oozes from the eyes of some one for you without any utterance of words and also its possible when at a distance you will fill that same flow of love through words hear ed by ears without seeing your beloved*****what a moment is that!!you would bet your life on it,is not it ?because that is the source of life and also a reason ,otherwise everything else is just killing the time..this reminds me of a joke-little adult in nature..
Audrey and Marilyn, two retired schoolteachers from Chicago, save up all their money to go on safari in Africa.
They are having a wonderful time going through the jungle, when suddenly a huge gorilla swings down out of the trees, sweeps Marilyn into his arms, and disappears.
He takes her back to his cave, and for a week makes love to her all day and night.
Finally, Audrey organizes a rescue party, and Marilyn is saved and rushed to the hospital.
She is treated there for a couple of days and then her friend comes for a visit.
"Oh, Marilyn!" the friend sobs, "what a ghastly experience! How do you feel?"
"How should I feel?" sobs Marilyn, "he never writes, he never calls...!"
life and love are so strange and that is why it is so lovable,is not it ?
since opening the eyes and ears in the morning,the whole day we see and hear many unnecessary and few necessary things in outer world-now at night let us close our eyes and ears to that outer world and start enjoying that peaceful Serene inner world by opening the same eyes and ears to that inner before we go to sleep.

today i saw a demonstration of 'sticky' a new kind of lint remover which worked very well and they claim it to be like that for the life time without changing or refilling any thing on it!!!really good invention if it truly performs the same as it did for the first time for the rest of the life-what is the definition of life ? only promoter/manufacture knows!!because that is what they claim and write on box!
this is the one incident out of ordinary in my daily life routine and the second one confronting a young fellow in his mid 20's,full of confusion and depressed for not making as much money as he thought he should be making-comparing him self with others of his age who are making more than him.and burdened with all scary thoughts of getting aged and yet did not accomplished any thing of substance and blaming his past or some one else for not taking right decision to choose the right course of study which could have helped him make more money that he feels very necessary now and not before , when money was not as important as it is now but his passion for art that he liked was important and now getting in real world , he realised that art he learned does not get him the kind of money he desires and the result is frustration-anger-depression *****
is it not the story of many who tries something different compare to most who choose carrier keeping money in mind as a major achievement after college study and not creative fulfillment in life ? yes after graduation money minded will look hero in the beginning but realises very soon the emptiness of life without creativity in what they have been doing***** while the person who chose art against money for life should be more fulfilling and enjoying the work like worship provided he is grounded enough in his understanding of life and does not get affected by so called society which measures every one by the amount of money they make even that money neither gives them lasting joy of life nor the creative fulfilling*****
so artistic approach needs lot of conviction and energy which will generate enough strength and courage to over come moments of weakness which is bound to be there in the beginning to taste your real passion for art and life***** most of the time it has happened that once real artist passes through those weaker moments without giving it up-they succeed in the art it self and also make plenty of money as a by product of that success*****and the fulfilled journey of life begins.....

weather seems to be improving,it was 45 and sunny today from 20's and clouds previous days.
love-i have heard and so you should have too that it is the most misunderstood word in the world and it is right up to a point which we all realise to be so*****why is it so hard to understand? because majority of the time understanding is done through mind ,like learning some thing new through mind -but love is much bigger-vast and deeper than the reach of mind which can learn everything by breaking the whole in to beats and pieces***** and do not know any other way to understand because to understand and control, you have to be bigger than that object which is possible only if you break it in to smaller pieces!! while to understand love -it is quite opposite -you have to break 'your self' in to pieces and surrender your self so that you can taste the nectar of love rather than controlling it and as a result of this contrary way ,it is very hard to understand -also it is the most difficult task on earth to break your self in to nothing from some thing*****because mind can never perceive of nothingness-as nothingness and mind can not exist together ,the way light and dark can never exist together.so ,naturally it will be the most misunderstood word as it is to be felt whole hearted to know its meaning rather than trying to understand its meaning through mind like all other outer objects in the world*****
it is a great art to reduce your self to nothing from some thing and it is embodied in all of us by birth but only wise people have used that art of cleaning all the dust that is collected on our true self by ego-desire- greed-fear etc...
tools to that art are awareness-meditation-love-selflessness-relationship etc...
again too fast ? any way-there is always tomorrow.

we have a valentines day party today,tasty food-tasty dressed people with red color code and dancing but very loud music .
festivals and celebrations are great events planned by humans to rejuvenate the life ,experience and express brighter and better side of humanity,friendship,relationship,affection etc..and helping economy with all that spending done for celebrations.
my favorite festival was diwali (indian christmas) followed by new year because of all the goodies you get on those days from parents and elders, plus the entire atmosphere that's created due to that festivity. i have used the word' was' ,intentionally as now for me everyday is festival to celebrate and enjoy the life without waiting for those special days to come and one of the main reason for the this state of my mind to be joyful ,loving and at peace is one unique experience that i had in 1978 -feb -14 around 5pm.in the evening, in my apartment in india while meditating alone just by my self ,when suddenly whole of my inside lighted up and the black darkness,which has been always there before -, totally disappeared as if a switch is turned on in side me to remove that black darkness and what A wonderful and relieving feeling it was !!! no words to describe., and since then that journey to Ecstasy is continued as of this moment *****of course that is not the only reason for my present state of mind but i think it was a jump start to my journey towards blissful life that i have now. ( with some bumpy ride on outer material world ) the other factors are a constant eagerness to learn about life and its strange and mysterious ways of expressing gratitude, love , compassion and all the beauty if you are wise in real sense and punishment if you fumble from that awareness or disconnect your self to the inner that i have mentioned before .
As a side note: i never knew anything about this valentines day until after i migrated to usa in 1986.,and i am always delighted to think that my above experience is coincidence with such a great festival and celebration and that is also a reason to name heart temple or hriday ashram for this writings -also for me love is the most important feeling of life be it physical,-mental,-emotional-or spiritual.

yesterday show the movie called 'no one killed jessica' based on true story happened in delhi- the capitol of india -one brave journalist unmasks the guilty who were let go unpunished because of the power and money they had and she helps the judicial system to send them behind the bar. most of the people involved in helping to hide the crime were either scared or greedy.
why people get scared?***** 'ignorance' is the one word answer to that,for example every one gets scared when its dark and if they have to go through it because they do not know what will they encounter while going through it which could put them in trouble and thinking of all kinds of trouble one gets frightened with imaginary pain-now through the same darkness if they have to go which they have been before they will not be that scared as they have the knowledge of that darkness, which is limited to that particular situation,so with the new situation ,which arises everyday in rel life-that fear creeps in again -but there exists a completely different kind of radical knowledge which is not a memory in mind of some past acquaintance but the very essence of ones being which records and De records all the outer activities in to a mind for day to day life and for practical purpose like recognising the objects and humans etc..and this radical knowledge i am talking about knows no fear what so ever -be it darkness on your path to anywhere or any size of trouble that is there.***** now this radical knowledge can be experienced only***** neither can be given nor taught nor can be gained by mind and its analyses because the mind is an accumulation of very tiny fraction of the past ashes which was created through the fire of that radical knowledge ,so it is beyond the reach of the mind.*****this may sound very perplexing to many of you and might generate lot of questions about the same -which i will explain in more detail or in different way for you to get some glimpse of that radical knowledge ,when ever you are ready to explore it more.

see how easily faith disappear when it comes to personal level,so please do not deceive your self with blind faith and try to cover your self with ignorance that you have about the facts of life-instead wake up and enquire deeply with your whole being in to this existing life and find answers to your questions by your self only *****which seems difficult in the beginning like any new venture but once you know the facts and start looking life as "is",you will smile at the people who talks about faith in god and feel sorry for them and you can not stop your self but to educate them for that great path of self realisation by the ones own self only and no one else!!!!!weather those ignorant people want to understand or not ,it is entire up to them-you will be doing for the fun of it and out of compassion to spread that wisdom on earth of which you are also part*****i know it does help a lot if you can get the RIGHT direction from the beginning until end to achieve that extra ordinary simple and innocent state of mind which can see the things ,the way they are and not illusory images by conditioned mind- but refrain from worshiping that director who directed you to the right path-other wise you will be stuck in worshiping(which does not have any significance for the REAL director what so ever) and miss out on your journey to the ultimate freedom*****

its freezing cold out side and complete dark-just finished little dose of tv entertainment , which has become part of life ,almost every where in the world,specially in the evening hours and many people go to sleep just after switching off tv, naturally caring those images and thought provoking process ,which dose not show the effect immediately because you are tired from the whole days work and dose off,but as soon as you get up in the morning and go to bathroom it does surface in mind depending on that days schedule ,thus starts the energy drain right at the start of the day and with the caffeine kick, mind runs for routine which is unable to greet the life at its full and that creates mediocrity in the end*****i am not against tv,its a great gift to human kind but excessive use of it is definitely damaging to the same humans ***** have we ever thought why are we so addicted to tv?***** first of all it has become a habit to turn on tv as soon as you have time,but there is a reason behind that habit and that is when you watch tv first time in your life, it stopped the UN control able thinking process that goes in mind ceaselessly ,which gave a great relief to mind and mind found the trick to stop boring (aimless) thought process***** which gradually becomes less and less effective after using the same trick everyday , like any pleasure gained from outer source but mind still tries the same thing for two main reasons 1-it has nothing better to do 2-in hopes that it may get the same relief and pleasure like first time, in which mind do get on and off excitement depending on the programme , and so that rough journey keeps going on until one finds some thing more real and better,there is also a third reason to get some real information like news or weather or some educational stuff which is perfectly fine and really needed***** but coming back to first two reasons, i tell my family that let us try and create a tv show rather than watching it*****thus we become creative and express our best for which we have arrived on this earth ***** that is the answer for the first reason to do some thing better and for the 2nd. reason of hoping to get something trying same thing over and over is futile ,sooner or later,is it not?
so, let us be creative and enjoy the life.

yesterday evening while reading my blog, i felt that i am going little faster than what it should be for readers to understand and digest it.**** so apology for that,at the same time i extend the warm welcome to every one who needs more explanation or clarification about what is written here on this blog.*****
sorry for interruption*****got busy whole day,starting to write again at night 9.30pm.
since last 3-4 days i was little uncomfortable -physically ,so went through check up and tests etc...its amazing how many new inventions for all medical problems and wonderful new gadgets to detect any defects that is way inside the body .***** looking at my physical condition with that gadget on me ,my daughter felt terrible ,but its not at all that bad as she thinks because i have taken it lightly and also curious my self that how does it work ? and its effect on human body,so for me its a new experience,even though little uncomfortable physically but very curious mentally to find out the results ,like a scientists or child like.*****and if we can have same curiosity and eagerness to know new,new things without any prejudice -life is full of surprises,every time, and do not we all love surprises?*****generally when we here the name doctor or hospital ,we think about pain and misery but if you observe attentively, its not bad always-first of all you will be greeted by usually smiling face(to make new friend),than asked about the problem,which becomes much lesser ,the moment some one is there to listen to you and then comes Big Boss(another friend to make) who makes you realise that what problem you have is very minor and he cures it everyday for the people like you and you feel relieved ,come out little more knowledgeable about your body and its mysterious function ,in this entire process the hardest part is waiting. which can be over come by " in joying" your self while waiting as e.tolle says .*****so ,all in all we should not have that big of how for physical pain,is it not?
enough on physical body today.

yesterday during evening meal ,got a business phone call and because it was unexpected i lost connection with inner for few minutes and did suffer through anxiety for those few minutes but it got corrected in about an hour .
it is so easy to fall back in to an old habit of getting absorbed in outer activities without keeping connection with inner and than you start suffering for no major reason for it., but with full awareness and understanding it is also equally easy to gain back that peaceful state of mind. some of you might think how is it so simple?i can give you an example that some time you see a fight or an arguments between two people and you are just watching them without any prejudice for any of them,you become witness to the entire process of argument without getting on any side or being absorbed in that process and you will find how absurd and unnecessary that fight was and the effect of that fight on both fighters, who are drained of all energy and become miserable after that, while you, a witness is fully composed, at peace and full of energy. that exact same thing happens if you can be a witness to your pro and con thoughts while they are arguing., and you would burst with laugh knowing the stupidity of the whole thing.
so, choice less awareness is the key , now please do not ask how to achieve that because that is the conditioning of mind , which tries to learn the trick , so that it can master it and use every time. and that is where we miss out the basics of moving above the thoughts because to learn a trick is also a thought who tries to accomplish some thing in future while all the beauty,energy, peace lies in the present and only in present.

its bright and sunny out side with light clouds moving in the sky to where?yesterday watched the super bowl,and noticed the coach and some players looking up to the sky in between or at the start of the game-praying ?/looking for blessing?, they know better. On usa currency and many govt. places i have noticed "in god we trust",i dont know how they define god but i believe they are very generous to let every one believe in whatever kind or form they feel the existence of god is , but most of the people always point up towards the sky ,believing he/she/none is there ,the word none is used deliberately for the people who do not believe in any type of form of god but understand that there is an universal cosmic energy which is present everywhere-eternally,which has never started and will never end, for that matter i belong to the last category-just for information about me.Talking about that energy or space i refer some time as the same thing has tremendous power/beauty in it,for example when we listen to a music ,it is so enjoyable not because of only the sound created in it by instrument or vocal ,but it is because of the combination of gaps/space left between two sounds,and greater the musician-has greater skill of blending sound and space/god to create great music which delights our hearts on listening to them because it gives the glimpse of that pure energy/space embodied in the song.
Same thing you will find in many different creations-be it preparation of delicious food,great paintings,writing s,dancing etc.. this might confuse some people and want to understand in detail or need more clarification,all of them are most welcome to approach me using any convenient method for communication,of course personal meeting has no parallels.

its sunny and clear sky today,feeling good,talked to my kids and came to know its super bowl today,what a game!,so evening is planned,i will definitely watch it meditatively and enjoy impartially. Generally while my eyes closed either i am sleeping or meditating,be it day or night,by the way on a side note i have arrange my life such away that usually i sleep/meditate between 4to 7pm during the day and because of that my new day start again at 7pm like 7am,equally fresh and goes up to 11.30to12am, is it not cool? ,try it if you can afford it, works out good for me.,most of the days after an hour of sleep meditation begins which progresses into samadhi ,a real bliss full state of mind above the thought ,but unfortunately because of the limitation and need of physical body tummy starts calling for evening meal which some times i ignore because of not to let go that delight of nectar oozing out of samadhi,which is really a timeless experience.,and once i come out of this experience and go down to living room where my wife and mom watching soaps,surprisingly i become so sensitive and identify with the character playing on TV soap operas that i start crying when the character cry on the screen ,no matter how small that character is and that reminds me of a story of shri ram krishna param hans,an enlightened master from india,who ,once while travelling in small boat to cross the river ,suddenly started groaning and expressing lot of pain as if he is whipped by some one ,when his fellow companions were scared and surprised by this kind of behavior by ram krishna,who was fine and happy just before few minutes and what happened suddenly to him?,but as the boat approached to the bank they saw that some poor guy was being whipped by big guy for some mistake that he did and they realised that ramkrishna was so identified or his spirit was so wide spread that he was feeling that exact pain which poor guy was feeling by those whips.,another very good effect that samadhi brings for me is that i am flooded with lots of great ideas which some times i tell to my family and they know its a start of my new day even its evening of the same day.right now i know that not even single person is reading this blog but someday if anyone reads and wants to join me in this meditation session they are most welcome.

this is an attempt to write something everyday about life,peace,joy and love.
its raining and dark outside with snow and ice all over piled up from before, in the atmosphere like this i used get some what unhappy and try to decide the way out of it for good which never materialised in real world and give up helplessly ,but lately by staying in touch with inner self this type of situation has stopped bothering me completely and i am totally at peace with my self as well as my surrounding people ,and in this peaceful state came this writing idea,also on several occasions in last few days i am fulfilled and happy keeping in touch with inner self.
i always knew that all the problems dissolve when you are aware within but was using that only when it was too much to handle and anxiety, because of drifting into old habits of thinking to find some short of permanent solution to the problem using outer impermanence means to cure,instead of being with inner self,but now i am aware more and more time wise and feeling so satisfying to everything around me. its truly the great treasure which is lying within me and in every being on this earth. its 1st day so it took almost an hour to write this much,hopefully will be improved as i move on.
